 rolina’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program\, Economic Devel
 opment Program\, and the Federal HUD HOME Program mustprovide for particip

  1987. Therefore\, a Citizens Participation Plan has been developed for Su
 mter County for the purpose of providing the citizens of this locality wit
 h a written\,detailed plan for their participation in the planning and imp
 lementation of community and economic development projects which may invol
 ve CDBG and HOME funds.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday\, March 3\,
  2022\, at 6:00 p.m.\, the Santee-Lynches RegionalCouncil of Governments\,
  on behalf of Sumter County\, will hold a Virtual Public Hearing via telec

 0843.The purpose of the Public Hearing is to review and solicit public com
 ment on the afore-mentionedCitizens Participation Plan\, and to solicit pu
 blic input on community needs and priorities for housing\,public facilitie
 s\, economic development\, water/sewer facilities\, public safety componen
 ts and job creationwith a Needs Assessment Survey.The Citizen Participatio
 n Plan is available for review at the Sumter County Administration Buildin
 g\, 13 East Canal Street\, Sumter\, S.C. and the Santee-Lynches RCOG Offic
 e\, 2525 Corporate Way\, Suite 200\,Sumter\, SC between the hours of 9:00
