  Wednesday\, April 27\, 2022\, at 6:00 p.m.\, the Santee-Lynches Regional 
 Council of Governments\, on behalf of Sumter\, Clarendon\, Kershaw\, and L
 ee Counties\, will hold a “Virtual” Public Hearing to review program perfo
 rmance and accomplishments conducted under a Community Development Block G
 rant (CDBG) project known as the 2020 Regional Planning grant wherein the 
 following activities were undertaken: Develop administrative project manag
 ement and planning capabilities to identify community needs and proposed g
 oals and objectives and to develop staff capacity to carry out local gover
 nment CDBG projects. Anyone interested in joining the public hearing throu
 gh remote access should call 1-877-594-8353.  When prompted\, you should e
 nter the Participant Pass Code 42390843. This Public Hearing and the matte
 rs to be discussed are subject to the provision of Sumter County's Citizen
  Participation Plan\, developed in anticipation of participation in the St
 ate of South Carolina's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program a
 nd providing for the participation of the citizens of Sumter\, Clarendon\,
  Lee\, and Kershaw Counties in the planning and implementation of communit
 y and economic development projects involving CDBG funds. The Citizen Part
 icipation Plan for each county is available for review at Santee Lynches R
 COG\, 2525 Corporate Way\, Suite 200\, Sumter SC 29154\, between the hours
  of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.\, Monday Through Friday\, and at each respecti
