 sortium (SCRHC) invites citizens to comment on its Second Year Annual Acti
 on Plan which covers the period April 1\, 2022\, to March 31\, 2023. The D
 raft Plans will be available for review from June 7\, 2022\, to July 7\, 2
 023\, at the Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments’ office at 252
 5 Corporate Way\, Suite 200\, Sumter\, SC and at the following locations: 
 Clarendon County Administrative Offices\, Manning\, SC\; Kershaw County Go
 vernment Center\, Camden\, SC\; Lee County Courthouse\, Bishopville\, SC\;
  Sumter County Administrative Offices\, Sumter\, SC. The plan is also avai
 lable on Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments’ website www.sante
 elynchescog.org Copies of the Plans will be provided upon request. Comment

 an and receive additional comments will be held Thursday\, July 7\, 2022\,
  at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference at 877-594-8353. When prompted for a Part
 icipant code\, please enter 42390843. This public hearing concerns the Sum
 ter County Regional HOME Consortium’s second-year Annual Action Plan\, whi
 ch are strategies to be followed in carrying out the HUD Programs and prov
 ides the basis for assessing the performance of the Sumter County Regional
  HOME Consortium. The Annual Action Plan will be submitted to the Departme
 nt of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about July 12\, 2022. The 
 Annual Action Plan will outline the availability and utilization of HUD HO
 ME funds for the period April 1\, 2022\, to March 31\, 2023. This Public H
 earing and the matters to be discussed are subject to the provisions of th
 e Sumter County Regional HOME Consortium’s Citizen Participation Plan\, de
 veloped in anticipation of participation in the Federal HUD HOME Program\,
  which provides for the participation of the citizens of Clarendon\, Kersh
 aw\, Lee\, and Sumter Counties\, as well as the citizens of the City of Su
 mter in the planning and implementation of projects with HUD HOME funds an
 d any comments received will be updated to the Annual Action Plan. The Sum
