 arolina’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program\, Economic Deve

  Sumter County for the purpose of providing the citizens of this locality 
 with a written\, detailed plan for their participation in the planning and
  implementation of community and economic development projects which may i
 nvolve CDBG and HOME funds.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday\, Febru
 ary 23\, 2023\, at 6:00 p.m.\, the Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Gove
 rnments\, on behalf of Sumter County\, will hold a Public Hearing in the L
 ouise Brown Room\, Recreation and Parks\, 230 Purdy St.\, Sumter\, SC 2915
 0.The purpose of the Public Hearing is to review and solicit public commen
 t on the afore-mentioned Citizens Participation Plan\, and to solicit publ
 ic input on community needs and priorities for housing\, public facilities
 \, economic development\, water/sewer facilities\, public safety component
 s and job creation with a Needs Assessment Survey.The Citizen Participatio
 n Plan is available for review at the Sumter County Administration Buildin
 g\, 13 East Canal Street\, Sumter\, S.C.\, and the Santee-Lynches RCOG Off
 ice\, 2525 Corporate Way\, Suite 200\, Sumter\, SC between the hours of 9:
